In 2023 we bought this beautiful apartment and named it Casa DaLu.

The apartment:
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single boxspring beds of 90x180cm and 1 bedroom with a double boxspring bed of 180x200cm.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite to the master bedroom), each with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
All bedrooms have shutters and built-in wardrobe space. The entire apartment has central air conditioning: cool in summer and warm in winter.
The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a 55-inch LCD smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including an induction hob, oven, separate microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto for a lovely coffee at the breakfast bar.
The large 6-person dining table invites you to have memorable dinners together.
The apartment has fast fiber optic internet.
From the living room you can step through the sliding glass door onto the balcony where you can enjoy views of the harbor and the sea. Here you will find a table with 6 chairs and a storage room with washing machine.
Marina Real:
In between the beautifully landscaped gardens there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds for you to use.
Via the indoor parking garage with private parking space and private locked storage room you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.
The complex has a communal area with an equipped kitchen, lounge area and a fitness (gym) that can be used 24/7.
